The history of Iseki
Since its foundation in Japan 80 years ago, Iseki has been committed to producing increasingly efficient and advanced agricultural machinery, designed to improve human work productivity while making tasks less difficult and demanding.
ISEKI was born from Kunisaburo’s response to the hard life of working in the fields. Descended from a family that had worked the land for generations, Kunisaburo had a deep understanding of the real needs of the agricultural sector and decided to develop solutions that could ease the fatigue of farmers.
He therefore dedicated his life to designing and manufacturing new machines that could replace old working methods and carry out the heaviest and most demanding tasks in place of people. The foundation of ISEKI & Co. Ltd marked the beginning of agricultural mechanization in Japan.
